Eligibility:

Essential Qualification: 
Officer of central Govt/State Govt/Supreme Court/High Court/District Court possessing a degree in law.
a)holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre
b)with five years regular service in the parent cadre in PB-3
c)having 10 years of experience in personal and administrative or judicial work
