Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) , is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Human Re source Development, Government of India, for promotion of high quality science education and research in the country.

IISER Pune invites application for the post of Assistant Librarian and Office Assistant through Special Recruitment Drive for Persons with Disability (PWD) .  Last Date for submission of application is 13 November 2015.

Eligibility:

Essential Qualification: 
Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or at least 60% marks. Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.

Office Assistant : Bachelor degree or equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks/equivalent grade with minimum 2 years experience in handling administrative functions such as General Administration /Personnel Administration / Academic Administration / Purchase & Stores / Accounts etc. .
