National Highway Authority of India Recruitment 2015 for Member (Admin/Tech)

National Highway Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Govt of India invites application for the post of Member (Administration) , Member (Public Private Partnership) and Member (Technical) on deputation basis.  Last Date for submission of application is 16 November 2015.

Eligibility:

Essential Qualification: 
Member (Administration) : 

I) a person employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an Autonomous Body established under law for the time being in force;

II) holding an analogous post in the Higher administrative Grade in the pay scale of Rs.67000-79000/-;
OR having at least three years’ regular service in the Senior Administrative Grade of pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-;
OR having at least twenty five years’ regular service in Group ‘A’ posts in the pay band-3 with pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs.5400/- and above out of which at least one year regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-;

III) has at least eighteen years experience in the field of the Public Administration and Management.

Member (Public Private Partnership)  :
I) a person employed in the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under any law for the time being in force;

(ii) an analogous post in the Higher Administrative Grade in the pay scale of Rs.67000- 79000/-;
OR has at least three years’ regular service in the Senior Administrative Grade of pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-;
OR has at least twenty five years’ regular service in Group ‘A’ posts in the pay band-3 with pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs.5400/- and above out of which at least one year regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-;

(iii) has relevant experience in the field of planning, structuring and management of Public Private Partnership projects of Infrastructure sector, preferably in the highways.

Member (Technical):
I) Candidate has degree in Civil Engineering; and
(ii)is employed in the Central government or a State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under law for the time being in force; and
(iii) is holding an analogous post in Higher Administrative Grade in the pay scale of Rs.67000-79000/-;
OR has at least three years’ regular service in the Senior Administrative Grade of pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-;
OR has held at least 25 years’ regular service in group ‘A’ posts in the pay band-3 with pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs.5400/- and above out of which at least one year’ regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-; and
(iv) having eighteen years’ experience in the field of Highway Engineering related to implementation of the projects.
