Essential Qualification: 
1. Post Graduate/B. Tech. (Computer Science/ICT)/M. Tech. /MCA with 55% or equivalent Grade
2.Skill in creation & maintenance of Website and Content Management System HTML/Moodle, Joomla, Drupal
