Eligibility:

Essential Qualification: 

B.Tech./ B.E in Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations)– with minimum 60% marks
OR MSW (master’s degree in social work)
OR MBA(HR)/ MHROD/ PGDHRM or PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in HR.
AND
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the implementation of CSR initiatives. The candidate should have worked for minimum 2 years in the scale of Rs 24900-3%-50500 under IDA pattern or equivalent
