Eligibility:

Essential Qualification: 
General Manager: Graduate with Good Academics record from a recognized University. 10 -15 yrs. at Senior level Management. Applicant technically & administratively sound.

Dy. General Manager: CA /MBA. (Fin). 10-12 yrs. in Managerial Level Preferably in CPSU

Finance Manager: CA /MBA. (Fin). 8-10 yrs. in Managerial Level Preferably in CPSU

Personal Manager: Post Graduation/ MBA /PG Diploma in Personnel Mgmt/ Industrial Relations. 08-10 yrs. In Managerial Level in CPSU

Manager (QC): B.Pharma/B.Sc/M.Sc. 08 -10 yrs. in Quality Control minimum 03 years at senior Level in Quality Control.
