Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission UKSSSC invites online application from the Eligible Candidates to fill up the 807 Group C Post of Gram Vikas Panchayat Adhikari, Stenographer, Junior Assistant/Computer Operator, Computer programmer cum Operator, Librarian & others . Age : As on 01.07.2015. Further for SC/ST/OBC Candidates relaxation will be of 5 Years in Age and for Physically Handicapped 10 years age relaxation.
Nationality: Candidate must be either:
1. Citizen of India
2. A refugee of Tibbat
Application Fee: Rs 300/- for General/others and Rs 150 for SC/ST Candidates of Uttarakhand to be paid by SBI Challan or online (Net banking/Debit Card/Credit Card).
Eligibility:
Essential Qualification:
1. Gram Vikas Panchayat Adhikari: 10 + 2 /Intermediate pass from Uttarakhand/Uttar Pradesh Board or equivalent examination. Working Knowledge on computer. DOEACC O level examination pass and a person from rural background is desired.
2. Stenographer: 10 + 2 /Intermediate pass from Uttarakhand/Uttar Pradesh Board or equivalent examination. Candidate must have 80 w.p.m In Hindi Shorthand and minimum 4000 key depression per hours in Hindi Typing. A person with knowledge of computer and English Shorthand/Typing will be preferred.
3. Junior Assistant/Computer Opertator: 10 + 2 /Intermediate pass from Uttarakhand/Uttar Pradesh Board or equivalent examination and minimum 4000 key depression per hours in Hindi Typing. Knowledge of computer.
4. Computer programmer cum Operator: Graduate from a recognized university and Minimum one year diploma in computer application
OR Diploma in engineering with Minimum one year diploma in computer application
OR M.Sc Computer Science
5. Librarian: Graduate from a recognized university and Diploma in Library Science.
For all the above post for direct recruitment those candidates will be preferred who has
1. Two Years service in Territorial Army
2. B Level Certificate of NCC
Further all the candidates must be enrolled in any Employment exchange of Uttarakhand before the last date for submission of Application

Mode of Selection : Selection will be made after written test. After that candidate will be shortlisted.
