Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited HPCL, a Government of India enterprise operating in the Oil and Natural Gas sector which has been conferred with the Navratna Status, invites application from the Eligible Indian Citizen candidates for filling up posts of Engineers through GATE 2016. Pay Band: Rs 24900-50500/-

Nationality: Candidate must be citizen of India.

Age Limit: 25 Years as on 30.06.2016

Maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBC-NC and 10 years for PWD (UR), 13 years for PWD (OBC-NC) and 15 years for PWD (SC/ST) candidates, as applicable. Age relaxation by 5 years is applicable for Ex-servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs/ SSCOs) subject to rendering minimum 5 years’ service in Armed Forces and fulfilment of other conditions prescribed by Govt. of India

Eligibility : 4 year full time Engineering degrees in relevant stream/discipline from a recognized Indian University / Institute. Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examinations and awarded bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology in the above mentioned disciplines. All the qualifications should be 4 years full time regular course/s from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University. Candidates (belonging to General and OBC-NC category) should have secured minimum 60% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters) in qualifying degree examinations, relaxed to 50% (aggregate marks of all semesters) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay a Non-Refundable Amount of Rs.264/- (Application fee inclusive of service tax of 29/-and bank charges of Rs.35/-) through Debit/ Credit card or pay through challan at SBI.  SC, ST & PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
