Pay Band:
1. Assistant Engineer/Manager (Civil): Rs 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs 4400/-
2. Manager (Electrical): Rs 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs 4400/-
3. Section Officer/Deputy Manager (Civil): Rs 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs 4200/-
4. Deputy Manager (Electrical): Rs 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs 4200/-

Nationality: Candidate must be citizen of India.

Age Limit: A candidate shall not be less than 21 years and more than 38 years on 1st of July, 2015

Upper as limit is relaxable for Government servants appointed under the Government of Manipur to the extent of period of continuous service put in the post/service and by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC candidates and 10(ten) years for PWD. A Government servant who belongs to SC/ST/OBC will get the facility admissible to a Government servant in addition to relaxation admissible to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates

Eligibility :
1. Assistant Engineer/Manager (Civil): BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent or Diploma in Civil Engineering having a minimum of 3(three) years course with S(five) years experience as Deputy Manager(Civil) or in a post declared by the State Govt. as equivalent thereto on regular basis.

2. Manager (Electrical):BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering having 3(three) years course with 5(five) years experience as Deputy Manager(Elect.) or in a post declared by the State Govt. equivalent to Deputy Manager(Elect)

3. Section Officer/Deputy Manager (Civil): BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent or Diploma in Civil Engineering having a minimum of 3(three) years course or its equivalent.

4. Deputy Manager (Electrical):BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent or Diploma in Electrical Engineering having a minimum of 3(three) years course or its equivalent

Application Fee: A sum of Rs. 300/-(Gen & OBC) and Rs. 150/- (SC & ST) in cash is payable to the Secretary,Manipur Public Service Commission, Imphal. Differently abled candidates are exempted from payment of fee. Any other form of payment will not be entertained. Applications not accompanied by the full prescribed fee will not be considered except for the Differently abled candidates.

Selection Mode: Selection will be made on the basis of written test. (computer /personality test where applicable)
