Member Technical Staff / Scientist B: Rs 15600-39100 + Grade Pay 5400/-

Nationality: Candidate must be citizen of India.

Age Limit: 
1. Scientist D: 42 Years
2. Scientist C: 36 Years
3. Scientist B: 30 Years

Relaxation of age limit would be as per rules of Government

Eligibility :
(a) Bachelors’ degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology (with 10 years experience for Scientist D, 6 Years experience for Scientist C and 2 years of Experience for Scientist B).

OR (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science (with 8 years experience for Scientist D, 4 Years experience for Scientist C and 1 years of Experience for Scientist B)

OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 05 years of experience for Scientist D and 1 Year of experience for Scientist C.

(d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience

Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- through Demand Draft In favour of ‘Software Technology Parks of India’, payable at New Delhi. No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category. Female candidates are also exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Mode:Selection for the post Member Technical Staff (Scientist ‘D’) & Member Technical Staff (Scientist ‘C’) shall be on Interview basis. For the post Member Technical Staff, (Scientist ‘B’) written examination followed by interview shall be conducted
