University of Kashmir, Srinagar, Recruitment 2015 for JRF and Field Assistant

University of Kashmir, Srinagar invites application from the Eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Junior Research Fellow  JRF, and Field Assistant on purely temporary basis under PG Department of Botany. Last Date for submission of application is 15 December 2015

Post: Following posts are for time bound DBT sponsored research projects entitled "Induction of variability for genetic improvement of Kashmir Saffron" sanctioned by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India

1. Junior Research Fellow
2. Field Assistant

Pay Band:
1. Junior Research Fellow: Rs 12000/- + HRA
2. Field Assistant: Rs 7000/-

Nationality: Candidate must be citizen of India.

Eligibility :

1. Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc Botany with not less than 55% marks and experience in cytogenetics and/or Plant Tissue Culture.

2. Field Assistant: 8th passed or above. Experience in Field Work.

Selection Mode: Selection will be made on the basis of Interview
